Our Story

It all began in December 2019. After plenty of persistence from a friend, I finally agreed to attend a company end-of-year party to meet a guy who was described as a “handsome, hardworking Jehovah’s Witness.” I went in with zero expectations, ready to just enjoy the evening, eat some good food, and have fun.

Then came the moment Nana walked past our table. Something inside me instantly clicked — a pure gut feeling that whispered, that’s him. When we officially met moments later, the chemistry was undeniable. The conversation was easy, filled with laughs, and brought on an unforgettable rush of butterflies. Before the night was over, exchanging numbers was a given.

Right after our first meeting, we went on a series of dates, getting to know each other and discovering how effortless it was to talk, laugh, and share our lives. But like any true love story, our path wasn’t entirely linear — we hit a brief, unexpected plot twist early on.

Yet, true connections have a way of bringing people back together. With a little patience and a lot of my Mummy’s powerful prayers, Nana came right back into my life. When we reconnected, we were stronger, more mature, and completely aligned in a way that left no doubt in our hearts.

On January 1, 2021, Nana started the year off right by asking me to officially be his girlfriend. Saying “Yes” was easily one of the best and most natural decisions I’ve ever made — a true gold-standard moment in our story.

Since that day, we’ve been living out our very own fairytale. Through all of life’s highs, quiet moments, and everyday challenges, we’ve built a deep foundation rooted in laughter, trust, and genuine best friendship.

On June 2, 2026, Nana popped the ultimate question — and this time, I said “Yes” to forever.

Looking back on everything we’ve built, I truly couldn’t imagine doing this life with anyone else. We got incredibly fortunate finding each other, and as we step into this brand-new chapter of life, we can’t wait to celebrate the start of our forever with you.
